While studying “International Business,” Nikki worked a lot in group projects. She soon found that studying interpersonal behaviors interested her as much as the project itself. She decided to delve more deeply into this during her ‘Psychology’ Minor.
During Nikki’s thesis internship at HVK Stevens, her gained knowledge came together and has resulted in her current position as HR project officer. She now works on a variety of projects where the focus is on bringing people together, developing employees and making the organisation thrive.
