Lieke Boschman is responsible for the entire recruitment process at HVK Stevens. From the initial contact to the first day on the job, she personally guides candidates and remains involved as a trusted point of contact. She has an eye for detail, maintains an overview, and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Colleagues and candidates appreciate her openness and honesty. Lieke looks beyond the CV and wants to know what drives people. For her, it's not just about the right skills, but also about the fit with the team and the space someone is given to develop as a professional.

In addition to recruitment, Lieke is actively involved in various HR projects, such as onboarding, coaching, employer branding, and learning and development. In these projects, too, the focus is always on people and how they can get the best out of themselves within the organization.
