Mathijs Zwiers

Mathijs has been working at HVK Stevens since the beginning of June 2022. Prior to this, Mathijs gained five years of work experience at a consultancy firm in Amsterdam. After completing his Master’s degree in International & European Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam, he started working at HVK Stevens. The informal atmosphere and the desire to grow and get the best out of every colleague is what attracted him most to work within this organisation.

At HVK Stevens, his main focus is on the international advisory practice. In which Mathijs has a specific interest in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border (re)structuring, the application of tax treaties and Transfer Pricing. Because of the variety and challenges involved, Mathijs sees every working day at HVK Stevens as a day of learning and seizing opportunities to develop himself further.
