Suzanne specializes in corporate (notarial) law and has a strong focus on private equity, management incentive plans, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture structuring. She also advises on domestic and cross-border legal restructurings and general corporate matters from a Dutch law perspective.

Her deep understanding of Dutch corporate governance and share structuring, combined with extensive experience in a wide range of corporate matters, transaction execution and post-closing integration, enables her to deliver high-level support and tailored legal solutions. By collaborating closely with multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional teams, she ensures seamless, integrated support for complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
