Joost Van den Berg appointed as Of Counsel of LexField

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Joost Van den Berg as Of Counsel of LexField, effective from 1st February 2020. He will coordinate the Dutch-Luxembourg platform thereof. Joost is partner at HVK Stevens and specialises in international tax structuring, has worked as tax counsel in leading Luxembourg and Dutch firms. He has considerable experience in representing private equity firms, corporate clients and asset managers on cross-border transactions, with longstanding expertise on all Dutch and Luxembourg matters.
