About us
Nick Kitsz is an experienced tax advisor at HVK Stevens. He advises both domestic and international companies on (cross-border) restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and (real estate) fund structuring. He also advises shareholders of private companies on matters such as estate planning and business succession.
Nick’s client portfolio consists primarily of internationally operating companies, (real estate) investors, and family offices. Clients value Nick for his dedication and his ability to distill complex issues down to their essence and translate them into practical advice.
Nick is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors.
