I have been working with HVK Stevens since May 2023, where I am mainly involved in advising national and international clients in the field of corporate law, such as (re)structuring, joint-ventures, supervising (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, and (international) transactions.
Before HVK Stevens, I have been working at an international law firm within the corporate law department for over 10 years and worked at a trust office for several years. Law has always particularly interested me; especially the combination of close client contact and teamwork makes me feel positive.
