Marieke Vreeburg

Marieke’s work mainly consists of advising national and international clients on general corporate law matters, including setting up and revising legal structures, joint ventures and private equity funds, advising on mergers and acquisitions and managing (international) transactions.

She has been working at HVK Stevens since 1 February 2018. Before that she worked for almost 10 years as a legal consultant at the Dubai branch of a large Dutch law firm and almost 5 years as a candidate civil law notary at a large Dutch law firm in both Rotterdam and London.
