Niels Schuiteman

Niels joined HVK Stevens in 2019, prior before that he worked in the M&A department of a big four firm. He followed the master fiscal law at the University of Groningen and is a member of the NOB. His main interest lies in advising and assisting national and international (family) companies and their shareholders and high net worth individuals. Helping clients navigate through the jungle of increasingly complex taxes and regulations is something from which he derives both satisfaction and energy. The professional technique and its application in practice is what drives him. In his opinion, good advice always goes hand in hand with personal attention for the client.

His client portfolio and experience are mainly focused on (large) companies with an international character held by private equity, various international investment structures and wealthy private entrepreneurs both nationally and internationally. At HVK Stevens Niels has also specialised in the tax aspects of crypto currencies, international tax rulings and business succession planning.
