Arco Bobeldijk is tax partner at HVK Stevens in Amsterdam and Professor of Corporate Tax at Nyenrode Business University. Arco has been advising Dutch and foreign companies for over 25 years, including in the field of mergers, acquisitions, financing and corporate structuring.
