HVK Stevens advises Helios Investment Partners on EUR 40 million sustainability-linked credit facility agreement
We are pleased to share that HVK Stevens has advised the Luxembourg Helios CLEAR Fund SCSp, managed by Helios Investment Partners – a leading Pan-African PE firm on a EUR 40 million sustainability-linked credit facility agreement. Helios Investment Partners – a leading private equity investment firm operating in Africa and based in London – has taken a major step in realizing its green projects by securing a sustainability-linked credit facility arranged by a syndicate of international banks.
The HVK Stevens team, interlinking our Luxembourg and Amsterdam offices, advised Helios Investment Partners on the Luxembourg legal and tax aspects of this multi-jurisdictional financing involving Luxembourg and the UK. This integrated approach has aided the successful result of this impactful agreement.
