Marvesa strengthens international position with investment by SD Guthrie International Limited

SD Guthrie International Limited (SDGI) has acquired a 48% stake in Marvesa.

Marvesa is a major player in the European oils and fats market, targeting animal feed and biofuel industries. The investment by SDGI strengthens SDGI’s position in Europe. The investment creates synergies for the parties. Together, the companies can take advantage of growth opportunities in various regions, including Southeast Asia and Africa.
