After studying tax law at the University of Groningen, I gained two years of working experience at an international tax law firm. At this firm I was mainly involved in advising (inter-)national multinationals on their corporate income tax position. As time went by, I noticed that my interest went from advising multinationals to the sector of wealthy individuals, including estate planning and asset protection. This is the reason why I switched to HVK Stevens as of October 2020.
Within HVK Stevens, I try to develop myself as broadly as possible, whereby my particular interest and focus lies within the field of high net worth individuals and family businesses. Building a close relationship with my clients as well as the various interests that may play a role in advising these clients (businesswise and the family behind the company) appeal to me greatly. My goal within HVK Stevens is to develop myself as an all-round tax lawyer who is always ready to serve his client.
