As an experienced notary, born in Spain, I work at HVK Stevens and Reigersberg in Rotterdam. I specialize in corporate law and (tax driven) shareholder structures and related DGA issues. I have gained a lot of experience in certification of shares and other assets, anonymization structures and transfer of assets to the next generations. The content of these fields has always interested me greatly, but in practice I have found that I enjoy the contact with clients even more.
In addition to Dutch and my native Spanish, I am fluent in English. Because of this, and my versatile expertise, I am able to represent my clients’ interests broadly.
In 2006, I started as a candidate notary and since 2015 was my appointment as notary. Throughout my career I have always worked with tax lawyers, initially in The Hague and now in Rotterdam.
As of January 1, 2023, I joined forces with HVK Stevens to further build up the notarial and tax practice in Rotterdam, working under the umbrella of HVK Stevens and Reigersberg.
