International tax and legal firm HVK Stevens advised on the sale of Gelnex Gelatin, a leading global producer of collagen products to Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR), a leading company turning food waste into sustainable products and producer of renewable energy. The sale of 17 state-of-the-art facilities in four continents around the world was completed for USD 1.2 billion.
