Since 2023, I have been working at HVK Stevens in Rotterdam. My responsibilities primarily involve providing general legal advice in the field of corporate law, establishing and amending legal structures, guiding (cross-border) legal mergers and splits, migrations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and offering general legal advice in family law.
In 2019, I completed my Master’s in Notarial Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. During my studies, I gained experience in family law as a notarial assistant at another notary office. I also have work experience as a candidate civil-law notary at a large international notary and law firm in Rotterdam, specializing in Family Owned Business and Private Wealth, as well as Corporate law.
I’m particularly drawn to HVK Stevens because of its full-service approach and the combination of legal and tax expertise it offers. Additionally, there’s an open and informal atmosphere at the office, which I believe is essential for personal development. In my opinion, delivering high-quality services is only possible when there is a pleasant working environment.
