During his studies Tax Law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Mike already gained considerable experience in the Indirect Tax department of one of the Big 4 companies. In September 2020, after finishing his Master’s degree in Indirect Taxes on the same University, he started working at HVK Stevens as a Junior Tax Consultant. The informal atmosphere and the drive to grow and to get the best out of each colleague is what attracts him the most of working within this organisation.
As a part of the VAT-team, Mike mainly focuses on advising in the area of property transfer tax and VAT. He won’t evade any issue concerning these areas and likes to dig deeper into the relevant subjects to come to an optimal advise. As a tax advisor, he aspires to assist the client as good as possible and to come to an advise with which the client is more than satisfied. Hereby, achieving above the expectations of the client is his top priority.
