With more than 20 years of experience in the notarial profession, I have developed myself in both family law and corporate law. Over the past 13 years, as a paralegal, I have mainly focused on corporate law, with particular focus on the M&A section. The challenges and opportunities that arise in corporate law, both at national and international levels, make it a dynamic practice.
