I specialize in the structuring and supervision of direct and indirect real estate transactions and (re)financings. I also have extensive experience in structured sales processes, property law structuring of real estate projects and due diligence investigations. As of October 1, 2024, I joined HVK Stevens, prior to that I worked for over twelve years in the notarial real estate practice of a large international firm.
