Ramon has been in the HR profession for a while now and with Centric, Wolters Kluwer, G4S Airport Security, PwC, Avanade and recently TRIP advocaten notarissen, among others, on his CV he has found a preference for partner-driven organisations in the medium-sized segment. Close to people and business, where you can make the difference directly without grandstanding and where one cannot hide behind others or overly meaningless PowerPoint presentations.
As of 1 September 2021, Ramon has joined HVK Stevens. The ambition of the company caught his attention and he knows some of the employees from a past working life. This step in his career came at a natural time him.
